We take pride in using all-natural ingredients in our candles, such as soy wax, essential oils, and cotton wicks. Our candles are free from harmful chemicals and additives.

Our candles are designed with safety in mind. We use high-quality materials and follow strict safety guidelines to ensure our candles are safe for use in any home setting.

The burn time of our candles varies depending on the size and type. All our candle burn times can be found on the product page under additional information. 

We only offer shipping within India. However, we are actively working on expanding our shipping services to reach international customers soon.

Currently, we offer a range of pre-designed candles, but we do not provide customizations. However, you can explore our diverse selection to find the perfect candle for your occasion. 

To prolong the life of your candles, keep them away from drafts, trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use, and allow the candle to burn to the edge of the container on the first burn.

Yes, we are committed to sustainability. We offer eco-friendly packaging for select candles, made from recycled materials and biodegradable components.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.

We do not test our products on animals, and our candles are vegan-friendly, free from any animal-derived ingredients.

If you’ve received a discount code through a special promotion, you can enter it at checkout to apply the discount. The discount codes cannot be combined with bundle discounts.

IMPORTANT: Before placing your order, kindly ensure that you thoroughly review all addresses, especially the shipping address, as once the order is placed, making changes becomes challenging.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully within 7 days for any significant damages that may have occurred during transit. If any damages are found, kindly provide us with images via email.

While we wish we could personally deliver each order to our customers, we have limited control over how carriers handle packages during transit.
